The protagonists and antagonists race to find a fabled Native American city of gold by following a set of clues. This time, even mom is along for the ride.
Now, although the characters here have to use their brains to solve clues, the movie audience should refrain from thinking too much (for starters, the race itself was stupid since the "villain" could have just asked Gates' help).
Typical of adventure movies, the fantastical is mixed with the truth, which raises the likelihood of the story's improbability.
It's much better to just sit back, feel the adrenalin rush, and have some laughs. This movie gets a high grade for entertainment ... if only it was part of the criteria in this site's rating system.
